Mixed feelings about this place

disorganized check-inmediocre food
I stayed here for three nights and some things really bothered me. The check-in process felt disorganized. The staff didn't seem to communicate effectively and this made getting settled in more difficult than it needed to be. The food at the buffet was mediocre and lacked variety. It often was like a scramble to find something appealing. There was even ONE day when I tried the Italian restaurant and the service was slow, with staff seeming inattentive and disinterested.

I loved the hotel's location facing the bay. Every side had a beautiful view. The facilities were amazing and the breakfast and dinner buffets were NICE. The staff was very friendly also.
The pool closed SO early, leaving minimal nighttime activities.

Really good Stay

beautiful groundsmarble interior
The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The breakfast buffet offered an ideal variety of both Western and Asian cuisine. I found the marble interiors, statues, and fountains added to the luxurious atmosphere. I also appreciated the extensive gardens with trees.

The hotel features both indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a private beach area. I saw that the indoor pool included a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi for relaxation. There is also a well-equipped gym available for guest use.

My room was clean and of a good size with a balcony. I had a great view overlooking the swimming pools and the bay toward the World Heritage Site. The room decor contributed to a luxurious and comfortable environment.
